The Crew Leader Qualification Workshop will help you learn how to communicate more effectively, inspire your crew members and train new crew members to help you better resolve conflict. The one-day workshop is highly interactive with nine activities to help you learn or hone leadership skills.
Our next workshop is on June 23rd at the Arboretum & Botanical Garden in Arcadia, California.
To earn Crew Leader Qualification status you must successfully complete an exam at the end of the workshop. You must pass the exam in order to earn your Crew Leader Qualification. Earn 7.5 ISA and CTSP CEUs.
Note: Completion of the Crew Leader manual is required to attend a Crew Leader workshop. The manual includes A300 specification-writing guidelines, flowcharts, sample checklists, and forms and reports. Satisfactory completion of the manual results in 6.25 ISA and CTSP CEUs.
